Causes of brain cancer
- Genetic factors: human gene defects or mutations can form intracranial tumors. Multiple neurofibroma is the most typical representative of nervous system tumor inheritance. It is autosomal dominant hereditary tumor. About half of the patients have family history.
- Chemical factors are the causes of brain tumors: animal experiments have confirmed that a variety of chemicals are the causes of brain tumors, and anthracene compounds are common, such as methylcholanthrene, diphenylanthracene, benzo ratio and so on.
- The radiation waves from mobile phones and computers can promote the carcinogenesis of cells.
- The research of tumor molecular biology shows that there are two kinds of genes closely related to the occurrence and development of tumor. The activation and overexpression of oncogenes induce tumor formation. The existence and expression of oncogenes help to inhibit the occurrence of tumor.
